About "Beach impressions - Wild water on Madeira"

About the artwork

Photography on rocky coasts is always great fun, but at the same time forces the photographer to be careful. There is a risk of slipping on the wet rocks, sharp cliffs and constant splashes of water, which are particularly bad for camera equipment. You can only go into the water with cut-resistant shoes and the camera should be equipped with a rain cover. Nevertheless, you always have one eye on the viewfinder and the other watching what is happening so that you can pull up the camera and tripod if in doubt. It is a special kind of photography that is challenging, but also produces images that are not commonplace.
The soundscape here on the beach was impressive! The underwater trench in the background kept draining towards the shore with a loud roar, only to fill up again from the sea.
Like many of my pictures, this one was taken with a long exposure time to make the water look a little more picturesque without destroying the dynamics in the picture.
The picture was photographed in high resolution and will be printed according to your wishes with a lot of know-how. The result is a very unique picture of an enchanting coastal landscape for your own four walls!

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
