About the artwork

The picture shows a view of two wooden benches placed on a lawn under a tree. The benches are placed in the centre of the picture. They have a robust and somewhat weathered appearance. The seats and backs are made of thick, grey wooden planks. The benches are close together, with the front bench slightly sharper in focus than the back one. The surroundings are quite dark. A large, dark tree with a thick trunk is visible on the left of the picture, providing deep shade in the foreground.

The tree's foliage fills the top of the image. To the right of the picture, part of a brick masonry wall can be seen, adding vertical stripes and texture to the right side of the image. The background consists of a brick building with windows.

The ground is covered with green grass, and a narrow, grey curb or path runs along the bottom of the image. The mood of the picture is calm and somewhat sombre, with muted lighting. The focus is on the benches, while the rest of the picture is slightly out of focus.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
