About the artwork

In the serene calm of Norwegian autumn, Nykkjesøyfossen reveals a different face. The powerful flow of this waterfall, usually driven by meltwater from the Hardangervidda, is tempered at this time of year to a graceful fall, exuding gentleness rather than raw power. Although reduced to half its normal capacity, the waterfall remains a spectacular sight, framed by a palette of warm autumnal hues.

The surrounding trees colour in fiery hues of red, orange and gold, reflecting the season of change and calm. The rocky banks, shrouded by moss and fallen leaves, enhance the sense of timelessness. In this quiet moment, nature seems momentarily balanced, a perfect harmony between movement and calm.

This image, captured in the golden hours of autumn, is an invitation to contemplate the beauty of impermanence. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
