About the artwork

This graphic artwork shows a stylised vase with graceful autumn leaves in warm earth tones such as rust, terracotta and cream. The vase, elegantly and symmetrically designed in contrasting brown planes, takes centre stage against a two-tone background in beige and warm brown. A soft, abstract sun radiates in the background, symbolising warmth and tranquillity.

The minimalist lines and use of flat areas of colour give the work a modern, almost meditative feel. The composition plays with balance, light and shadow, evoking the feeling of a quiet autumn morning where nature stills, yet remains rich in colour. An ode to the simplicity and beauty of the season.

About the image-maker: as a digital artist, Peter Bartelings has earned his spurs, especially with adaptations of old masters (Vincent van Gogh, Johannes Vermeer and Rembrandt van Rijn) that he has given a modern twist and fit perfectly into modern interiors. Peter also creates works made using AI, including this unique piece.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
