Autumn Forest – abstract orange-brown

by TheXclusive Art

The ‘Autumn Forest’ abstract orange-brown painting brings the glow of a birch forest in autumn to life in a warm and rhythmic composition, in which light and dark trunks, set against a canopy of copper-red, orange and amber-coloured leaves, come together to form a radiant scene that feels rich and almost fiery. This remarkable artwork showcases the vertical lines of the trees and the thick, spatula-applied layers of paint depicting the foliage, with the golden light at the centre capturing the texture in an artistic and contemporary manner. The rust-brown, golden and silver-grey tones lend the whole a glowing radiance that subtly yet powerfully reflects the richness of the late harvest season.

The row of trunks runs like a natural fence through the entire composition, whilst the bright patch of light amongst the leaves draws the eye towards the heart of the forest, and the fallen leaves at the bottom of the foreground form a soft, golden carpet.

The warm colours and strong vertical lines make this work an excellent choice for a rustic, classic or modern interior. Hung on the wall of a living room, dining room or bedroom, it brings warmth and a sense of space, whilst above a sofa or in a long corridor, it lends the wall a cosy, picturesque glow.

Forest lovers, walkers and fans of rich textures will find in this painting an autumn that never ends.
