About the artwork

What are you looking at, a photo taken in the evening or at night? It is an arcade arch in beautiful warm brown tones, made of light. An arch, a passage, a design of a beautiful architectural passage. As if it were a drawing made by an architect, the arch invites you to walk through it. And when you are under it, to look up and marvel at the construction. And what if you have walked all the way through it? Where are you then? What do you see then? The mysterious character of this photo is emphasised by the vintage colour with black behind it. Let your imagination run wild and dare to take the walk under the arch. As a 'photo model', I used a metal object and took this photo with a long shutter speed and zooming out at the same time. Great to play with light and with different and daring photo techniques!

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
