About ‘Ancient Beauty of Madeira’ by Tomas van der Weijden

An old laurel tree in the laurissilva forest of Madeira (Fanal) on a foggy day. These trees are up to hundreds of years old and due to the high humidity are mostly covered with moss and ferns. It is a great and relaxing place to hike and photograph.
