An old workshop door almost rusting through in the frame. On old factory sites, you find the most beautiful details like this rusty door with some original paint left. The holes are falling into the panels the ravages of time are eating through.
A passion for old factories combined with photography produces these photos. I love walking through frayed edges like this. Zaandam still has these hidden gems a bit of a search but they are easy to find.
The window frames without their glass, the holes in the panels tarnished by the ravages of time and lack of maintenance. It does give a nice contrast. Zaankanteropavontuur with the camera armed through the country. Frayed edges of cities and industrial estates. But also the villages and the coasts. Photography digital and analogue from the camera for on the wall, of the living room waiting room, study, or office.
Zaankanteropavontuur.
Always on adventure and looking for industrial landscapes and details. And I do a lot of street photography. Walking through the streets, old villages and city centers.
I photograph mainly with an analogue Yashica 635 and a Ricoh AF 5.
