During my tour of Costa Rica, I also spent 2 nights at a lodge near the coast at Playa Rincon de San Josecito.
This was a nice base to go to Corcovado park.
To get to this lodge we had to sail for an hour from Sierpe, first half an hour across the river and then another half hour along the coastline.
But how we were rewarded with a wonderful location.
And what a beach, lovely high waves.
But be careful, because there was a treacherous current.
This was a really good location to take beautiful photos of the landscape, the coast and the waves.
I think this photo captures all this nicely.
The wildness of the sea, the calmness of the beach and the beauty of nature.
