"Abstraction: Parasole with water droplets" is an extreme macro photo of a fluffy bulb (of a Tragopogon). Because this photo was taken in a distinctive way, it creates an abstract image. If you zoom in on the photo, you see that one piece is in focus (The stalk and the number of droplets on the lint)". Everything that is not in that "plane of focus" but in front of it or behind it fades away. This creates abstraction in the image.
The colours in this work are natural, a warm colour of the fluff combined with the cream colour of the fluff and droplets. Across the lint, you can see the colour of the other lint and sparkles from the droplets. However, this is all so faded that you mainly see the colour and sparkles.
This work could hang beautifully as a wall decoration in, for example, the bedroom, dining room, hall or just above the sofa! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office waiting room or practice room!
