I took this picture in the Leuvenumse bos between Harderwijk and Nunspeet on the Veluwe. This path in the photo goes partly along the Leuvenumse beek and is laid out as an avenue, over the years a narrow footpath has been created next to this path so this wide path is little used. As you can see the sun was shining when I took this picture. The trees along the path are beech trees with here and there a birch tree. I chose for this photo to make it standing to emphasize the height of the trees, further I chose for this photo to convert it to black and white. I took this photo from a tripod to avoid motion blur, as I had a 55-300MM telephoto lens on my camera. As you can see from the leaves on the ground, it was already autumn when I took this photo.
