The ships mixed together in the photo radiate the bustle of the port. The Botlek in the port of Rotterdam is a busy place. A tank terminal where an ocean-going vessel is moored. The pusher with an empty barge the cranes of a shipyard in the background. With nightfall, the port is still in operation.
Raw and the port as it is the people who work there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbor is a different world. The landscape of the harbor is always changing. The ships, the people and the landscape continue to fascinate me.
