A Corgi in a country-style flower garden by Erika Kaisersot

This illustration depicts a Corgi in a peaceful garden scene filled with lush foliage and blooming flowers. The dog lies relaxed on a stone step, gazing intently ahead with its head tilted slightly. Its expression appears friendly, calm and curious all at once.

The surroundings are densely covered with various flowers and foliage, rendered in warm, natural tones. Delicate blossoms in pink, white and yellow contrast with the darker background, allowing the Corgi to stand out gently. A flowerpot at the edge complements the scene and emphasises the character of a lovingly tended garden.

The painterly rendering with visible brushstrokes lends the motif a classic, almost timeless effect. Light and shadow are used deliberately, creating depth and drawing the eye to the central motif. The combination of the natural surroundings and the dog’s calm demeanour creates a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere.

This motif is particularly suitable for living rooms, bedrooms or cosy retreats and is ideal for country-style interiors or those featuring natural materials. It brings a sense of tranquillity, a connection to nature and gentle vitality to the room.
