The digital artwork *Au clair de la Lune* depicts a dreamy night sky, in which the moon acts as the central figure. The scene is hushed and mysterious, completely devoid of human presence. The sky is deep indigo, almost black, like an endless veil extending beyond the frame. Clouds glide slowly through the image - soft, almost tangible shapes in shades of silver-grey, blue-purple and night blue. They are semi-transparent and seem to open slowly to the cool light of the moon.

The moon itself is partly hidden behind a veil of clouds, making its light diffuse and ethereal. She casts a pale, milky glow that subtly reflects off the upper edges of the clouds, giving them a silver lining. This incidence of light creates an atmosphere of melancholy, but also of serene beauty. The whole thing feels like a moment out of time, as if the world is holding its breath.
