One of the assignments during my time at Catch Utrecht. Back then, I didn't have an extreme wide-angle lens and didn't dare ring the bell across the street or bring a ladder. Therefore, I could only photograph the front door.
The Kromme Nieuwegracht was formerly also known as the Rainbow of St Peter. The house was built in 1450. Since 1934, it has housed the society of Collegium Studiosorum Veritas, originally a sub-association of the Utrecht Student Corps. Later, the society broke away from the USC and became the largest student association in Utrecht. The society is called 'Eigen huis' by members.
