The digital artwork shows a summer scene in the heart of Paris, bathed in bright daylight under a clear blue sky without a cloud in the sky. At the centre of the image is the future site of the Fondation Cartier on rue de Rivoli, currently still a construction site. Tall, sleekly polished mirrors have been placed around the site, acting as both a temporary fence and an artistic statement. These mirrors reflect the other side of the street with impressive precision.

In the reflection, the elegant façade of the Brasserie du Louvre is prominently visible, making the classic Parisian cityscape seem to float in the air. The mirrors mix reality and illusion, prompting wonder: where does the real city end and where does the reflected dream begin?
