Nizaket Sinanovska is a Berlin-based artist born in Skopje, Macedonia, where she received her artistic education at the State School of Applied Arts. Of Albanian heritage, she has lived and worked in Berlin for many years, during which she has developed a distinctive visual language. Her paintings draw on the legacy of Impressionism while embracing an abstract approach to landscape and light. Using oil paints in a complex glazing technique, Sinanovska captures the shimmering interplay of light, fog, water, and approaching dusk. In her work, landscapes and objects dissolve into atmosphere — blurred, ephemeral, barely tangible — fleeting echoes of reality. The luminosity and warmth of her paintings arise from this layered transparency, evoking both clarity and mystery. Sinanovska's works have been exhibited internationally and are held in private collections. Her recent exhibitions include the National Art Center Tokyo, Cloudwater Brewery Manchester, New York and Q Gallery Berlin.
