My name is Marcel Bakker owner and CEO of BAKKM. When I was 8 years old, my father gave me my first (Nikon) Camera. I was immediately sold, my father loved photography and the development process in particular. In our small flat, the bathroom was his darkroom and I was his willing student.
He taught me everything about photography.Yet it took until I was 50 before I really picked up a camera again.
After a long career in management at large organisations, I returned to my great love the camera.
After this, photo studio BAKKM was soon born.
