The great thing about being creative is that you can really check out from the delusion of the day, total relaxation! Being able to share something beautiful that makes others enthusiastic is such a cool feeling.
When I travel I am most inspired to do something creative, maybe that's because I spend most of my time in nature at those moments. The nice thing about travelling is that you really look at new things with attention, something I sometimes forget when I'm at home. Travelling teaches me that I need to pay more attention to beautiful things at home as well.
During a trip through South Africa (the garden route) I came into contact with many different animals. Here I found out that I like photographing animals very much, precisely because it is unexpected and difficult, and because they are gone before you know it and absolutely not listening to instructions ;)
By combining photography, digital art and travel, the idea of Reispad.nl was born. A place where you can start your journey and where you can create a beautiful memento of your journey. Together with Patty Mudde we make something beautiful of it, from the beginning to the end.
