My inspiration for these works comes from my desire for calm and peace in a world that is often so hectic. With soft, flowing brushstrokes and layers of acrylic paint, I create a representation of the ebb and flow of the tides. The water-like transparency invites you to lose yourself in the deep colours of the ocean and relax for a moment.
With this collection, I want to invite people to take the calm and serenity of the coast home with them and bring a little of it into their everyday lives. Because sometimes it's important to take a break, to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the beauty of the natural world around us.
