the Breskens lighthouse in Zeeland near the mouth of the Westerschelde. The photo was taken during an approaching thunderstorm from the Panoramaweg, which offers a great view of the river landscape and shipping. The lighthouse has the name "Nieuwe Sluis". It is the last remaining lighthouse in the Netherlands made of cast iron, designed by Harder. On the other side, the contours of Vlissingen on Walcheren are clearly visible. Shippers sail on the Westerschelde, including a large container ship from the Hamburg Sud shipping line. Good to see also are the numerous breakwaters on the wide beach along the Westerschelde
