About ‘portrait woman’ by Kaylee Verschure

The 70s style glam, also known as glam rock. The clothing style of the glam rockers was striking and exaggerated, with lots of glitter, sequins, satin fabrics and fluorescent colours. Men wore tight, shiny trousers, glitter shirts with wide collars and high boots. Some also wore lavish costumes with feathers, lace and fur. Women wore eye-catching make-up with bright colours and glitter. Long, wavy hair was decorated with large hairpieces, headbands and flowers. Garments were sleek and often featured sequins and shiny fabrics such as satin. The glam rockers were also known for their accessories. Men wore long necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings. Women wore large, eye-catching earrings and necklaces, sometimes with matching bracelets and rings. 70s-style glam was a striking and flamboyant style popular with musicians and fans. It symbolised the freedom and individualism of the 1970s, and is still an inspiration for today's fashion.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
