I discovered this beautiful view of the Beetzsee with the young corn plants in front of it in the late summer evening at golden hour on 10 July 2025 in Bollmannsruh in Mittelmark (Brandenburg).
The photographic nature shot was taken with the NIKON D800 camera (lens: NIKKOR 24.0-70.0 mm f/2.8).
Bollmannsruh is a district of Päwesin, a municipality in the north of the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark (Brandenburg). Päwesin belongs to the administrative community of Amt Beetzsee.
Bollmannsruh is located on the north-western shore of the northernmost lake basin of the ice-age channel lake Beetzsee. The village is located around one and a half kilometres west of the district of Bagow and two and a half kilometres west of the village of Päwesin. Twelve kilometres to the south-west is the city of Brandenburg an der Havel, the region's main centre. The city limits of Berlin are around thirty kilometres to the east.
Bollmannsruh is a place characterised by tourism.
There is a hotel, the former holiday camp, which has been converted into a children's and youth education centre with a café, event and accommodation facilities, a sailing school, a bathing beach and other leisure facilities.
Bollmannsruh has a landing stage for passenger boats, although it is only called at irregularly when required.
