About the artwork

The White Sands National Park (for December 20, 2019 White Sands National Monument) is a National Park and National Monument in the United States, located approximately 25 km (25 mi) from Alamogordo, New Mexico at an elevation of 1291 m (5,961 ft). The area is part of the mountain-surrounded Tularosa Basin valley and contains the southern part of a 710 km² field of gypsum sand dunes. On January 18, 1933, President Herbert Hoover declared White Sands a national monument under the Antiquities Act of 1906. On December 20, 2019, White Sands became the 62nd national park in the United States.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
