About "Whispers along the endless wall"

About the artwork

High in the mountains, the Great Wall of China winds through the landscape like an endless snake. Up close, you feel the coarseness of the stones, but from above, the wall looks almost like a brush stroke, carefully drawn across the hills and valleys. Towers rise like silent sentinels, reminders of a time when this wall was not just stone, but a border that offered protection from the unknown.

The sky is filled with a light mist that gently envelops the horizon. Mountains disappear into each other, as if time is in no hurry here. The wall disappears into the distance and seems infinite, as if clinging to the earth itself.

Each stone carries the burden of the hands that once placed it, and the stories of soldiers, peasants and rulers who linked their lives to this wall.

For the traveller standing here, it is a moment of silence. The Great Wall does not tell a loud story, but whispers softly. It speaks of struggle and hope, of division and connection. Above all, it shows that human dreams, however impossible they sometimes seem, can leave an echo that lasts for centuries.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
