Watercolour image of Middelburg's Town Hall. The foundation stone for this late-Gothic building was laid in 142. The cloth hall and the meat hall were also integrated into this building. the tower was built from 1512 onwards. The Town Hall was hit very hard in the Second World War. After a complete restoration, the building was reopened in 1950.
