This picture was taken in the floodplains of the Waal river in the Ooijpolder near Nijmegen.
The photo was created using multiple exposure. This involves creating multiple images on top of each other in the camera. This technique allows me to evoke certain atmospheres or add layers to the image. You can thus create a very graphic image, but also a poetic, picturesque or fairytale-like image.
