About the artwork

Volvo 245 - as practical as an Ikea bookshelf and fully practical with folded back seats, it can even hold a gigantic 2150 litres! With 188 cm loading length and 136 width you can easily spend 1-2 nights for two for a weekend trip. Because of this high popularity the 245 estate car became more and more a lifestyle station wagon and due to high demand it was even built 10 years longer than all other Volvo 240 models. This resulted in a number of 959,151 station wagons.

The 240 series models were also used quite a lot in motorsports such as
German Touring Car Championship DTM
1988, Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in Colorado, USA
European Touring Car Championship (ETCC)

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
