In the Vintgar Gorge, Slovenia, the water looks exactly like this: clear, almost turquoise, and it rushes between the polished limestone rocks. In the picture, the river meanders through a rocky passage, its frothy water twisting and turning around the stones in curves.
The rock walls are covered with moss and ferns, and a light mist hangs over the water, giving the whole scene something cool and fresh, as if you can almost hear the splashing water and feel the humid air.
