What do you see at work?
This image shows a vine with young, green grapes surrounded by the characteristic large, toothed leaves. The vine's weathered branches tell a story of years of growth and ripening. Small red dots between the grapes provide subtle details that are only noticeable when you look closely.
What was your inspiration for this work?
Provence is known not only for lavender and wheat fields, but also for its vineyards. This work is a tribute to the rich wine culture of southern France, where tradition and nature go hand in hand.
What atmosphere are you trying to portray?
A calm, earthy atmosphere, but with a hint of expectation: these grapes are still young, but with time they will ripen into something wonderful, just like good wine.
Describe the emotion or message you want to convey with this work.
This work symbolises growth, time and patience. Just as wine needs time to ripen, this image reminds us that the most beautiful things in life cannot be rushed.
Did you use a special technique?
The composition leads the eye to the grapes, while the blurred background creates a soft, organic look. The texture of the rough branches contrasts beautifully with the smooth, delicate grapes.
What makes this work special in an interior?
This piece is perfect for wine lovers or those with a passion for nature and craft. It fits beautifully in a kitchen, dining room or wine cellar and brings the atmosphere of a Provençal vineyard inside.
