About ‘Villa Helena’ by Stefan Roelfsema

An eerie sight of Villa Helena, in the picturesque coastal town of Luc-sur-Mer, shrouded in darkness. Night has spread its wings over the once majestic villa, leaving the contours of the building only vaguely visible. Visible, however, is the wrought-iron gate, which acts as a sinister gateway to the unknown. This picture raises questions about what goes on behind the darkened windows of Villa Helena. The illuminated gate acts as the only access to the mystery hidden deep in the darkness.

Villa Helena can be found on the outskirts of Luc-sur-Mer Luc-sur-Mer, an enchanting coastal village on the northern coast of France, embraces its visitors with the soothing melodies of the sea. The village exudes a timeless charm, where cobbled streets wind past quaint houses with colourful shutters and flowers blooming profusely in the summer sun.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
