A photo art view towards the entrance of a building - in fact two entrances. We look past the metal grate and the first arched doorway towards the stone steps with metal handrail leading to the main door. A typical view in Panicale, Umbria, Italy, with the walls a mixture of red brick and stone. What intrigued me about this view was all of the detail. The metal grill and metal ballustrade on the stair cases. The red brick elements of architecture mixing with stone. The traditional arched entrance. One window has been partially bricked in and we can see a central heating vent sticking out the the window grill.
