About the artwork

During my trip through Italy, I spent a few days near the small town of Malcesine on Lake Garda. It is a beautiful photogenic town and I had to and would take this picture. It was not easy that day to find a dry and relatively windless moment but I succeeded. The cloud cover really puts the city in the spotlight and the orange roofs stand out among all the blue. This work would be a real eye-catcher in a light and minimalist interior.

Located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, Malcesine is a jewel where history and nature come together. The town, with its winding streets and the imposing Castello Scaligero, exudes timeless charm. From the castle, a spectacular panorama unfolds: the shimmering lake stretches to the horizon, surrounded by the rugged peaks of Monte Baldo. The vivid colours of the surroundings change throughout the day, enchanting photographers and artists alike.

The cable car to Monte Baldo introduces visitors to the region's alpine beauty. The landscapes around Malcesine are like a living painting, with the reflecting water, the play of light and shadow and the harmonious interaction between man and nature. All this makes the town a favourite destination, where inspiration and tranquillity go hand in hand. A place that should not just be looked at, but really experienced.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
