About ‘View of Durmitor’ by Roy Mosterd

High above the mountain valleys of Durmitor National Park, a hiker stands on a rocky ridge as the evening light slowly sweeps across the landscape. The sun’s soft golden hues illuminate the grassy slopes and limestone cliffs, whilst the mountain ranges in the distance fade away in layers towards the horizon.
Durmitor is one of Montenegro’s most impressive mountain regions. The national park is known for its rugged peaks, deep valleys and vast alpine meadows. From the higher summits, a panorama of mountains unfolds, stretching for miles.
During a walk through this area, the landscape suddenly opens up, revealing a view that seems almost endless. The moment when someone pauses briefly at the summit gives the image a sense of scale and adventure. The small human figure emphasises just how vast and silent nature can be here.
The photograph exudes freedom, tranquillity and discovery. With its warm evening light and layered mountains, this image brings a sense of space and adventure into an interior.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
