Via Nicola Danzetta in Paciano, Umbria, Italy. Paciano is an old medieval walled village with beautiful old streets and alleyways. None more so than Via Nicola Danzetti. Beautiful stone walled buildings and windows with shutters line the edge of this narrow street. Little alleyways and streets connect Via Danzetti to the other two main roads in Paciano. Two flags can be seen. In the foreground there is a black and orange flag, towards the end of the street a red and blue flag can be seen. This marks the division of the town into contradas, or competitive groups that compete together during festivals. Contradas are often based around traditional old families or on geographic areas.
