Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Verona in the breath of rain’ by Walter G. Allgöwer

The rain falls gently, almost hesitantly, as if it does not want to disturb Verona's old town, but only to awaken its colours. The Adige flows heavily and greenishly under the Ponte Pietra, carrying the stories of centuries with it, murmuring quietly, unstoppable. The stones of the bridge shine dark and warm, polished by the May rain, as if they had just learned how beautiful transience can be.
On the banks, the houses line up like old acquaintances: ochre, sienna, faded yellow. Their facades breathe time, their windows silently gaze at the water, which today speaks faster than usual. Balconies hold back the rain like open hands, plants drip patiently back into the river. Above it all rises the tower, watchful and calm, a witness to love, war and quiet afternoons like this.
The sky is heavy, grey and yet full of nuances. No dramatic light, no pathos – just this honest, melancholic beauty that does not curry favour. The rain muffles the sounds of the city, making room for inner listening. Verona seems vulnerable and timeless at the same time this afternoon, as if the city itself were pausing briefly to remember who it is: a place where stone, water and time form a quiet poem.
