In spring, the roadsides of North Holland turn yellow, white, purple and green. Rapeseed, cow parsley, buttercups, sorrel and lots of grasses bloom lushly. Farmers have also sown pieces of their land to increase biodiversity. And you are free to pick, this bouquet of roadside flowers lends itself to the farmers vase.
