About "Under the palm"

About the artwork

This vertical, summer photo captures the ultimate holiday feeling in one image. In the centre we see a palm leaf, sharp in focus and illuminated by bright sunlight. The long, narrow leaves hang down gracefully and blow slightly, adding movement and life to the photo. The leaf's veins and fine tips are clearly visible, with brown tips here and there - signs of sun and drought.

In the background is an azure pool or water surface, shimmering in the sunlight. The colour is intense and exudes freshness and coolness. Behind it, we see a deep, dark sea or ocean, and at the top, a bright blue sky with a few soft, white clouds on the horizon. The low depth of field has blurred the background, visually bringing out the palm frond.

The composition is simple but effective. The leaves fill the upper and middle part of the image, while the colours of water and sky form horizontal layers that provide depth and tranquillity. The contrast between green and blue gives the image a tropical and harmonious character.

This picture breathes sunshine, relaxation and exotic stillness. The image is perfectly balanced and arouses the desire for distant travels and peaceful moments under a palm tree, overlooking the sea.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
