About the artwork

Two blue old-fashioned beach chairs with a blue/white striped sunshade and a folding seating area on the beach at Egmond aan Zee. Behind the beach chairs you can see the sea and the orange colored horizon The seating area is closed because it is not being used at the moment. The day is almost over and the golden hour has arrived. This is the hour before the sun sets. The light then softens and an orange/red glow falls over the beach. It has blown hard that day and the tide has brought the water up to the chairs. The movement of the water and the wind have moved the chairs and they are no longer standing upright. The chairs just barely fall over. The wind has also caused a sand drift, which can be clearly seen in the foreground. Do you also see the beautiful ridges with the red glow on the accumulation?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
