About the artwork

In Penang, Malaysia, you will find a mosque called the Floating Mosque. Because this mosque is built on pillars in the sea, it looks like it floats or floats on the water. Its official name is Masjid Terapung Tanjung Bungah.

Next to the mosque, there are fishing boats waiting to set sail every day. During our visit, it was low tide and many boats were lying on dry land waiting for the tide to return. This image caught my eye because of the lines that take you into the distance.

The sober image with the colourful boat in the foreground are an asset to any interior. The reflection of the boat in the layer of water adds mystery to the picture.

The perspective makes the transition between water and sky almost invisible and makes you feel included in the big picture without getting lost. These fishing boats show that life is very simple for many people and that a lot can be achieved with little means.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
