About ‘Tracks in the snow.’ by moments in watercolors

Now it is too cold to sketch outside, but we take a nice walk almost every day. On the way, we take plenty of pictures and once at home, I pick the most beautiful ones. Then the watercolour pencils and crayons are brought out to make a sketch of them.

During the Christmas holidays, we were also surprised by several days with a beautiful carpet of snow. Among the already existing tracks in the fresh, white snow, we also drew our own:

Tracks in the snow
I stand before the silence of winter. A snow-covered path stretches before me, leading to a quiet T-shaped junction at the edge of the forest. Faint grey tracks of a car and a bicycle remain in the white silence, as if they had just driven by and gently disappeared. The forest breathes peace and intimacy, enveloped in a gentle stillness. I feel invited to go further, to follow the path into the snow and wander without haste, letting myself be carried away by the peace of the winter landscape.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
