"Tiny water droplets on the fluffy bulb of the morning star (Tragopogon)" is an (extreme) macro photo of a very small piece of a fluffy bulb of a morning star.
A morning star (Tragopogon) is very similar to a dandelion. After flowering, the flower turns into a ball of fluff. The fluff of this fluff ball seems to have a kind of spiderweb-like structure. Perfect for small water droplets to linger on or stick to.
Because I opted for a shallow depth of field when taking this photo, the droplets on the plane of the fluff ball are in focus slightly left of centre, everything in front and behind this plane gradually fades out. If you zoom in on the photo, you can see this nicely. This creates a nice dreamy atmosphere. It also gives depth to the work.
The colours are quite neutral and calm. light brown (and grey) tones (taupe, beige and cream for example) create a rural calm atmosphere in the picture.
For example, this work could hang beautifully as wall decoration in the bedroom, kitchen, dining room or just above the sofa! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office, waiting room or practice room!
