About "The restless"

About the artwork

People who are together: moving, wandering, dancing... Inspired by the shapes of people, playing with shadow, light and composition. A spontaneous, open painting.

The original idea of this painting is: to show dancers in an abstract way. But as the painting emerges, a different feeling comes to the fore. In a broader perspective, it's about people who are on their way to their future. They are finding their way to a destination that suits them and where they can be happy and develop. The painting is not about the beauty of dance, but about being who you are: your authentic self. I painted the painting in a spontaneous way, the lines are direct and the color planes give a playful effect. The colors are warm, neutral and subdued.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
