Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘The pioneer’ by I.A. Tomassen

Along the west coast of the Netherlands is the North Sea. A place, both comforting and beautiful, where there are always beautiful situations to capture.

"The pioneer" shows a cormorant looking out over the sea. There is something philosophical about the scene, how the cormorant looks ahead.

The cool, grey atmosphere that Dutch winters bring, ensures an almost black-and-white photo, which fits super well in a Scandinavian or Coastal Chic interior. It is a real eye-catcher on the wall.
