About ‘The marble caves in Lake General Carrera.’ by Paul van Gaalen, natuurfotograaf
The marble caves are located in glacial lake General Carrera on the Chilean side in South America.
The unusual marble caves, which are very smooth, were created by waves and wind pounding against the rocks for some'6000 years. This created caves and in some places you can sail under them by boat.
