It was supposed to be a color photograph, but I arrived too late at this location and the fields were now all in the shade.
The scene was fantastic though. The grazing light of the sunset combined with a light mist projected the shadows of the cypress trees and the small church on the hill below.
And black and white photography very often becomes beautiful precisely when the contrasts between light and shadow are very accentuated.
And this is one of those cases.
