About the artwork

Cubism was a revolutionary art movement that emerged in France at the beginning of the 20th century. Its most important founders were Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque, who were inspired by African art and the painter Paul Cézanne. They broke with the traditional perspective and depiction of objects and reduced them to geometric shapes such as cubes, cones and cylinders. They showed objects from different angles at the same time, creating a new spatial depth and dynamism. Cubism influenced many other modernist art styles, such as Orphism, Purism and Futurism. Cubism is considered one of the most important innovations in 20th century art. However, I believe Cubism was invented by this girl when she held an early version of the Rubic's Cube in her hands.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
