About the artwork

'The girl next door'

Puberty, fashion-consciousness, a touch of arrogancy, hidden behind big orange sunglasses.

A stylish abstract appearance, on the dividing line between punk and chic, adolescence and adulthood, girl and young woman. Concealed in an oversized coat/dress, she stands there with her hands casually crossed, her chin up, her lips painted red and her hair pulled back in a tight, low ponytail.

A tough pose, in the center of attention, surrounded by a touch of gold. The adolescent girl, the queen bee. A wonderfully quirky image for a modern, playful and confident feel in your interior.

This abstract collage was created in a very playful way by experimenting with painting functions and various layers in a digital image processing. To finish, there is a light texture over the work, which gives the feeling of having been painted on linen and ties the entire composition together.

The graying colors with pink and beige in the lead create a soft, romantic and feminine look.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
