About "The dolomite road | travel photography"

About the artwork

This was the first time I saw the Dolomites, and I was completely overwhelmed by these huge boulders. This photo was taken along the Dolomite Road, also known as the Grande Strada delle Dolomiti (Italian) or the Große Dolomitenstraße (German). It is one of the most beautiful roads in Europe, with sharp turns, vast forests and huge mountain walls that make you feel like you are in another world.

The picture shows a winding road surrounded by a dense pine forest. Behind it rises a steep cliff that looks almost unreal. This view immediately evoked a sense of wanderlust in me. The light plays beautifully with the colours of nature and completes the picture.

This work fits into almost any interior. The warm, natural colours go well with a modern, industrial or even rural interior. Think of a spot in the living room, bedroom or workspace where you often look for inspiration.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
