The crested tit is a typical woodland bird found in the forests of the Veluwe, among other places. This photo was taken on the Veluwezoom. The crested tit is alert and has its crest straight up. It is a busy bird which belongs to the tits. They are mostly found in pine forests where they pick seeds from the cones.
